Tool Problems

I know that it must be somthing with my comp as there are obvious uses of these tools before.Heres the problem: I find modeling to be kinda fun and useful for mapmaking though whenever i download a tool Wc3 Image Extracter or Magos's Model Editor or Wc3 Image Viewer something goes wrong. I get a pop-up always saying it cannot load a certain file.With magos it was the splatdata when i checked and it was there.With image Extracter is was the Storm.dll which was definitely there. i have no idea whats wrong or how to fix it X_X

idk about the other two...but for Image Extractor I had to cnp the Storm.dll from my WC3 folder. Sry but thats the only one I can help with >.<

yeah, just give it what it wants. give it the dll's it needs

for wc3ie you also need ijl15.dll copied from the game directory.

SplatData.txt has to be in a certain folder, which is a subfolder of the program itself (forget the name, but I think it's Splats).

Storm.dll needs to be in the same folder as most programs that use it, but idk about wc3ie
