Textures Don't Show from Extracted

Hi, I extracted the rifleman model with the blp texture from the game. I even extracted the gutz, smoke and flame. When I open it with Mago's editor, the textures don't show, the model is all black.
What am I doing wrong?

All the files are in the same folder btw.
I'm trying to remove his rifle to replace it with a new one.

Be aware that editor is third party and as such is not guaranteed to always work or work correctly.

For example I am certain there are valid BLP texture files that it cannot load or will load incorrectly. Although the 4 and 1 bit alpha indexed BLPs are not found in WC3 (these break practically every third party BLP tool), there are several mipmap-less ones in game which would need to be rendered appropriately for accuracy (black when using mipmap levels above 0).
