Timer not counting while dialog is up

When testing my map, the countdown timer is not counting. It's supposed to elapse in 15 seconds and then destroy the dialog boxes and start the game but nothing happens.

If i remember correcly, the dialogs pauses game, but only in single player. If your map is ment for multiple people it will work. Give it a try in B.net
