[General] Tiered Requirement paired with Normal Requirement

Ran into a bit of a roadblock in the techtree where

Bronze Forged Weapons
requires
-Bronze Casting
-Stronghold

Bronze Casting is a tier 2 of Copper Casting, but Stronghold isn't a tier 2 of Stronghold (i don't think there are multi-level buildings)
and so the requirement freezes itself from there.

I'm not a tech requirements expert so it's unclear what the Stronghold detail refers to (do you have a screenshot of how it's set up?).

However, one thought that comes to mind, if nothing is working, is to manually increment a "dummy research" which controls this being available to the player. You could make a dummy research called "Bronze Casting and Stronghold" and make it as the only requirement. Then, have triggers listening for finished/destroyed Strongholds and the Bronze Casting upgrade being researched, then increment the required "dummy research" to level 1 for the appropriate player.
