Throwing Bomb

Hi everyone. I need the explosive barrel (or other azerothy bomb model) that spins forward (as if it was doing a forward flip) on the Y-axis.
If you can do this it will be much appreciated!

I think the demolisher attack projectile is something like that. Check that one out.
I would try to make a model but I have no animation skills
