I think we are busied with extracting icons with Image Extractor II. In this pack. Annoymous person extracted all icons to PNG format so we can easily edit them

Yes I tried to get it, I have the icons until the Vanilla until Cataclyms
some of Pandaria
and dota have some but there are many still D:
wow icons are easy, I can get on WoWWiki
Already the DotA is that this hard D:
