Those who are great with triggers, help me Please!

I asked before but I did not get a response. I must know how to make a load/save trigger in a map. I'm only good with making terrains -_-; and I am not very familiar with some trigger variables.

I'm deciding on what my next map should be. Please tell me what I should make.
