Is there a way to convert a "real" into an "integer"?

For real to integer GUI has something made for it, Jass uses the line: R2I(which Real).

Either check reply #3 or when it asks you to type a number, there is a field which by default says "Arithmetic"; scroll down in that field, until you find "Conversion - Convert real to integer"

native R2I takes real r returns integer

Converts the given real into an integer using standard truncation conversion (not rounding).

  • Actions
    • Set MyReal = 5.00
    • Custom script: set udg_MyInteger = R2I(udg_MyReal)

That should work.
You need 2 variables:
- 1 real variable called MyReal
- 1 integer variable called MyInteger

Of course, for much better results and convinience, do what DeathChef pointed out.
