Frozen Throne is the best expansion ever. It adds stuff to make the editor meaningwhile, contains four new campaigns, new units, new heroes, new items, new tilesets, new-everything.
Here's some stuff:
Five new tilesets:
Icecrown Glacier.
Black Citadel.
Dalaran Ruins.
Sunken Ruins.

Four new campaigns.

Loads of new editor functions.

Contains the extra missions of the Orc Tutorial from the demo.

Loads...LOADS new units -- too MUCH. Like, 200 or more? Infernal Contraption, Spell Breaker, Warden, Blood Mage, Nerubian Tower, too much. Additionally, the Zergling, Marine, Juggernaut (Cinematic) and Hydralisk can now be accessed without the use of a custom path.

An rpg campaign as well, that enough?

And it has an AoS style section.

And a minor stealth section.

...and the Blood Elf campaign has... A secret Tower Defense level.

Two new scenarios - Monolith and Azure Tower Defense.

Like, 200 + doodads as well?

Navy units enough?

Maybe a tavern with loads of heroes?

...not enough?

Maybe the food cap rising by 10?

Maybe Upkeep being more balanced by adding 10 to all upkeep requirements?

Maybe 10+ maps not enough?

Oh well, you're hard to please, but there's more.

Very true, with the patch I got game balances, a continued quest for Misha and the beastmaster, more maps like Skibi's TD and more. The Frozen Throne is good, but the patch is better.

Wish the Naga's, Blood Elves and the Draenei were in the race list, it could have been much better if they have added it in the next version of their patch.

Except that Blizzard already has trouble balancing the four races as it is. I personally think it's a majorly bad idea to add new races to the mix. :S

But I agree that TFT was a great expansion. Not the greatest ever, but a great expansion nonetheless.

Yeah but it expands all 4 races a lot. You get a new hero for each race, new building with new units, and more new units, new upgrades, and not one but TWO new campaigns.

I wouldn't mind having another WC3 expansion though, even though it'd be a little late, that gives us a couple new races.

...what you mean two campaigns for each race? Thats false, since Blood Elves take Human's place in FT campaign. And, a Half-Breed takes the Orc campaign place. If not there is 4 campaigns. You get:

One New Hero:
Blood Mage [Human].
Warden [Night Elf].
Crypt Lord [Undead].
Shadow Hunter [Orc].

New Units:
Spell Breaker, Phoenix, Dragonhawk [Human].
Carrion Beetle, [Undead]. More coming.

Except when it comes to WoW

BC was a good expansion, WotLK blue dick though.

Compared to other RTS expansions like DoW Dark Crusade, etc, FT was good, as they adde dunits instead of whole races, allowing them to expand on the game and keep balance.
