[Solved] Campaign Editor Frozen Throne Upgrades

Hey all! I've been working on a custom campaign of mine for the first time in a long while, so maybe I'm just rusty and I'm forgetting something stupid I need to do, but I don't ever recall having this issue before.

When I open the campaign editor and browse through the Custom Data tab, all of the Frozen Throne content appears to be bugged. Buildings like the buildable shops show up in the units folder, which is odd but manageable. Far more aggravating, though, is that it appears that I can't access Upgrades added in the Frozen Throne at all. I look at the list of Orc Upgrades and there's no Berserker Upgrade, no Spirit Walker Training, no Burning Oil or Liquid Fire, etc.

Is there some way to get access to these in the Campaign Editor's data, or am I going to have to use the Object Editor on each map if I want to do anything based on those Upgrades?
