Oh, A-emmision is a rip-off from Russian Sci-Fi movie, "Inhabited Island". Its a thing that brainwashes people and makes them believe in everything you say to them. Also some people are immune to it, but they feel the pain when emmision effects them.

I watched the movie, its very cool. Although story is hard to follow, since their goals change very fast.
