Well its DP lore muridan is alive even in WoW therenas yeah he's alive but now he's just a mayor in a small village,Garithos cant be ressurected because his body was eaten.And burning legion were ressurected by Sergeras.

I didn't accept, because the legion can easily enter the Eastern Kingdoms through the Dark Portal, one thing I know is you are going to be surrounded, because the legion will come from the northern parts and the southern borders!
