This is not WC3C, this is THW and THW was not involved with that mod project. If you want to know the creator got bored and quit making the mod.

Want to know more? Ask on the correct site since the author was infact banned from WC3Sear which is now part of THW. The correct place to ask is WC3C.

No necroposting.
"Necroposting" is the act of posting in a thread that is over two weeks old and not on the first page of threads without a good reason to do so (By Mecheon and my judment, that is) or moderator permission to do so.

If it was on the first page, I guess it's fine, I think, considering the lower portions of the hive can be remarkably slow sometimes.
If you have a good reason to necropost, state your knowledge of the fact that you are necroposting, and the reason for doing so, in the post of which would have been deemed offending. It's all just the mod's concrete decision anyhow.

According to the rules, both have to be present in order for it to be necroposting.
