Some of you may wonder what is the unspeakable evil that the otter king of old did, and this I will tell unto you. This mighty Otter king made a pact with the Legion of the Deep, he sacrificed his own people for the sick experiments of the Legion, in exchange for their military aid, and in exchange for the return of the Hammer of H'jorn, the Otter artifact which was said to be lost to the sea, it's power as legend told was enough to crush a ogre in one blow, of course the Legion would not give the hammer without some form of treachery. They gave the hammer onto Rool Cithin the Otter King, but little did he know the hammer was severely weakened by demonic gems that the Legion had embedded into the hammer. Rool's reign was thought to be that of a creature of demonic malice, and his conquests though great cost the lives of many of his people, and when he died of old age his entire line was executed and his hammer locked away, until a young otter named Aggronor took up the hammer in his paw and a weak light shone from it, as the demonic gems fell off of it. This marked him as the one true otter king.
Although, there were still those who kept contact with the "Legion of the Deep" these otters were known as Fel otters, and they hid the shattered legion gems after the king had locked them in the vault of Osflumen.
