Among the Denizens of D`or there was little known of the Legion of the Deep, nor who was the leader of it's warriors, and where it's influence came from. During the Conversion of Sigmar III into the Vampire King, there was a pulse of dark energy, that the legion felt even in the realms of the deep dark sea, they quickly came to the region of D`or, and subjugated the Otter people who using the now strong Fel Otter Cultists were easily subjugated. The Otter King Aggronor was Slain, and the Great Dragon Turtle known as Deathmaw was imprisoned deep beneath the sea, where even he could not escape. So began the Reign of The Legion of the Deep.
Upon killing Aggronor, the Legion took his hammer, and placed it in the center of the grave where Rool Cithin's corpse lie, the hammer's demonic runes magically re-appeared and out from the grave rose Rool Cithin, the Fel Otter King. His form was decayed, and his eyes glowed entirely purple, his paws clutching the demonic hammer. With all their might. The re-emergence of the Fel Otterman Empire was virtually undetected by the other races, and thusly using the element of surprise, the Legion of the Deep were able to take the X'than settlement of Covenaz and bind these creatures of the Sea to their will, no longer would they serve Blakoth, and his corruption, but they would join their sea dwelling brethren.
