So i am trying to create a Skyblue Bloodmage

I am new on this so can someone give some tips or tricks?..

I am using Photoshop CS 5 Extended

I am working on this one so this is a WIP

That needs A LOT of work right now. It's just one plain color using a brush. Try to work on shadows and make it a little bit realistic (even if this is for Wc3)

You might be able to use Photoshop's brush to add some different shades of blue to it?

Add some shine into the color because if we see to it, it will be easily distinguished that you painted this. I suggest add some shine effects into it. Maybe burn tool?

No. Burn tool darkens the shade, the option to use would be the Dodge tool, preferably in the Highlights tone.

Ok, thanks for the tip. Actually, I really dont know if it is Burn for I am not that experience.

@neo_sluf how about you make the hair of the mage white? To bring out the "sky" in him.
