the gnomish submarine

Okay, i am making a new map, without a beta, no it wont be glitchy. However, I need a gnomish submarine. I cant figure out how to use it, as I made an ability to submerge underwater, but it is broken. Can someone make a map that uses the gnomish submarine with a working ablity to submerge underwater, thanks.
