The Fall of the Empire

1404 on the Continent of Aarhus, the world of Markov. Aarhus has been a continent of War and Chaos since the dawn of time, when animals waged war on each other. The Longest time of peace was the reign of the Aadon Empire. 404 years earlier Emperor Michael gathered his armies together, the Knights of Flavillius, the Border Guardians, and his own Aadon Elites, and began to systematically conquer the continent of Aarhus, from the Damned lands, all the way to Westfield the bloody war raged on Aarhus.

For years the war raged, and watched the passing of a series of emperors and hero after hero. Finally, after two hundred years the Aadon Empire succeeded. Peace ruled the land for two hundred years. Then, from the Damned lands trouble began to brew. Evil Sorcerers were beginning to cause trouble, and the Exiled Cults began to rumble through the hearts of citizens, causing fear and disorder. The empire itself was suffering from insurgency and rebellion, and with inadequate soldiers to put down the rebellions a large section of the empire broke off and formed the Republic of Eariath.

In the mountains to the North West a Demon Door has appeared, and demons flow from it into the land of the Elven Republic, in the North Eastern Mountains the Blood Splatter Orcs have prepared for war and have besieged the Aadon Empire, while the Border Guards to the East try to put down the Cultists.

In the South the Trolls of Reich have made an Alliance with the Orcs to the Northeast and the Demons to the North West. The Aadon Empire is beginning to crumble and it's up to the Empress Ren to put it back together.

Team 1: The Federation/The Barbarians
Lady Ren: Empress of Aadon: Lady Ren, The Empress of the Aadon Empire, her late husband Lord Diatom was killed while tracking down the ring leader of the Exiled Cults. After the death of her husband she was chosen to take on the role of Lord and Master of the Empire. She rocketed into this position and quickly organised the failing empire back into a powerful military force. From her Citadel of Aadon Palace she has reorganized the Legendary Knights of Flavillius and reconstructed the legendary Lions Wall protecting Lions March and the entire empire from the Un-death that plagues the continent.

Master Tuggition: Field General: Master Tuggition has been an aide of the Late emperor since childhood, now he is there to help Lady Ren keep the Empire from falling into total destitution. Master Tuggition is a very skilled swordsman and has helped put down many rebellions and been in many wars, now his aide is invaluable to the Lady Empress

Lord Mark: Great Traitor: Lord Mark is a traitor to the Aadon Empire, though it is not known by Lady Ren, he helped plan the demise of her husband, and now plots to kill her as well. . . (Turns to Evil at level 6, replaced by Lord Richard Laval 6)

Lady Medusa: The Witch Woman: Lady Medusa is Lady Ren's sister, and is also head of the Magus corps. She is a fearsome opponent on the field and has slay'n many foes in her time. (Saves Lady Ren from Lord Marks plot)

Richard: 1'st General: Richard knows Lord Mark is a traitor, and refuses to fight until Lord Mark is expelled from the cities of Aadon. Lady Ren however trusts Lord Mark, and instead exiles Richard. However, when Lord Mark tries to Kill Lady Ren Richard and Lady Medusa chase Lord Mark from the Kingdom, and expose him for what he is. Richard is Un-exiled and later marries Lady Ren.

Lord Tuttle: The Guardian: Lord Tuttle is the leader of the Border Guard, and was with Lord Diatom when he was killed on that faithful day. He has been viciously killing Undead since, and due to his fervor and zeal he has been made General of the Border Guard, dedicated to eradicating the undead hordes.

Harare: The exalted Champion: Harare is the captain of the fabled Champions, bringers of peace throughout the kingdom. They have now devoted their time and energies to killing undead and smiting the Cult Leaders.

Eric: Leader of Seraph's Blades: Eric is the leader of Seraph's Blades, an order devoted to the protection of the Empire, and to the destruction of evil magi and cultists. Eric, as the Leader of Seraph's Blades has taken his entire order to the front lines to help combat the threat.

David: The Redeemer: David was formerly a murderer, and is quite insane. He butchered forty two people before being caught and sent to 'death,' however in prison a priest of Seraph came in and gave him an option, reform his ways and put his talents of butchery to use in the field, or die. Naturally he chose to die. However, after contemplation he began to feel guilt for what he had done, and the priest was called in to collect him. (Little tip, David butchered forty two nobles who had led his family into death and slavery)

William: The Archbishop of Lions March: William is the Archbishop of Lions March, a rather larch town centered in between Aadon Palace and the Cult of the Serpent, the Onyx Order, and the Accursed. William has lived in Lions gate all his life and has learned the trade of war due to all the feral activity around the town, thus earning the town of Lions March the name Border Guardians.

Tilea: Knight of the First Order: Lord Tilea, Knight of the First Order of Flavillius is the commander and chief over all these Knight-like peoples. Curiously enough Flavillius is built inside of a mountain, has no cattle or horse's, but still produces the best calvary men in all of the Empire. Tilea leads these heroic knights into battle against any foe stupid enough to challenge them.

Sage: Knight of the Second Order: Sage is the Captain of the Knights of the Second Order, not as grand as the Knights of the First Order, the Knights of the Second Order are learned magicians, preferring to decimate enemies will spells rather then with brawn.

William: Knight of the Third Order: William, named after Archbishop William, is the Captain of the Third Order. William is not a man to be trifled with, though a mere 22 William has risen through the ranks of Knights and is a very powerful Knight.

Graham: Knight of the Fourth Order: Graham is the Captain of the Fourth Order of Knights, he commands Squires, Dismounted Knights, and the Knights of the Fourth Order, and his order makes up for the bulk of the Four Orders.

Cyrok: Patriarch of The order: Cyrok is over six hundred years old, and he is a Dark Elf, a worshiper of the Daemon Gods. Granted unholy powers and immortality beyond that of an elf. He began the order of the Serpent.

Saroth: Cyrok's Sister: Saroth, Cyrok's sister, followed Cyrok deep into the damned lands and was granted the same immortality as her brother, but a different power. The Power of a Succubus. Now capable of seducing humans, she used her arts to gain access to higher powers, and more magics for her brothers.

Salatek: The Soul Slayer: Salatek is known as the Soul Slayer because of his curious magic. When Salatek slays you, he does not simply kill you, he rips your soul from your body and devours the essence, making him stronger.

Kezrizek: Head of the Onyx order: Kezrizek was the Emperor's magi advisor, and advised the King on many matters. There were two things in Life he loved more than the Empire, First was his Son, Valrezet, Second was his wife, already long dead. However when Valrezet was sent off to war and killed Kezrizek tried to raise him from the dead, however the King forbade it, and banished Kezrizek from the Empire. Kezrizek mad with grief and insane with hate went deep past the Border Guard into the Wasteland Mountains, a blighted area corrupted by Evil from past ages. There Kezrizek met Cyrok, Head of the Order of the Serpent. Together the two of them resurrected Valrezet from the death that had taken him, and began to raise an army of Un death.

Valrezet: Kezrizek's son: Valrezet is Kezrizek's only son, and was the cause of his mothers death, from an early age this tormented him into believing his father hated him, and to escape his fathers 'scorn' he accepted a military role, to the dismay of his father. He was killed early on by orc hordes, mauled to death and then thrown off of a cliff along with the rest of his squad. When Resurrected, he found his father haunted and broken, and knew that he had been wrong, and was happy to be reunited with his father.

Zaradeel: The Reaper: Zaradeel is known as the Reaper because of how many humans he has killed on the battle field. Nothing much more is known about Zaradeel other than that he is very loyal to Kezrizek because Kezrizek raised him from a battlefield.

Zelthor: The Torpid Count: Zelthor was one of Kezrizek's best apprentices, and followed him into the damned lands to keep learning from Kezrizek. Zelthor was given a the Title Torpid Count due to his inability to feel emotions while killing in the field of battle.

Billy: the Cannibal: Billy the Cannibal, kind of obvious. Billy was a thirty three year old man who ate victims whom he murdered. When he was killed Billy was forty six and had claimed almost two hundred victims. Seen as useful for his literally bloodthirsty habits, Billy was raised to fight for the Un death.

Farcry: The Vindictive Wolf: Farcry was once human, however when he was slain he was resurrected and fused with a Wolf, and is known as the Vindictive Wolf, because whenever a soldier would attack him, the Wolf would lash out and attack the soldier.

Goremonger: The Hungered: Goremonger, the Abomination sewn together from fallen soldiers and altered to be permanently hungry for the bodies of fallen enemies. Named Goremonger, he now haunts battle fields and hungers for the live flesh of his enemies.

Raltazek: Baron of Blood Seekers: Raltazek, Baron of the Blood Seekers, is the Lord of Unholy Riders, and he leads the Unholy Riders into battle against the Knights of Flavillius.

Pox Ripper: Plagued Fiend : Pox Ripper is a Crypt Lord who leads the Crypt fiends, and owes his Un death to the humans who slew him when he was Nerubian Lord.

Nutria: son of Thor:

Torlometh: the Warrior:

Veraece: the Lady:

Corlomenth: The General:

Akaran: The Prateado King:

Madiba: the Sanguine Protector:

Lykaios: the Death Bringer:

Ronolith: the Machiavellian:

Shikala: Helminth Conjurer:

Rakai: of the Burning Blood:

Salazet: The Crimson Prince:

Nagazat: the Blood Summoner:

Reyrok: The Crimson Fang:

Well I did a very "quick" read through of your first post and heres what I have to say:
1.) It seems like WC3 but with different names for places, things, etc...
2.) Trolls of Reich... well yeah... um to me this looks like your saying something about Nazi Trolls (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reich) the word is most commonly affiliated with Nazis.
3.) Can we have some screenshots (even if the terrain isn't finished?)
4.) Other than that it might turn out to be a good game if you pull it off right.

I attached the map, and it's not protected so you can open it up in editor, this is a 480 X 480 map taking a screen shot or two just doesn't cut it.

Also, the Third Reich is called the Third Reich for a reason, because it WAS the THIRD Reich, the first Reich was back in the days when the Holy Roman Empire as around and unleashed the Teutonic Order on the world. The Second one has to do with World War 1, in which there was no such Holocaust.

Reich meaning, Empire, it is the Trolls of (the) Empire, and they have a city named Empire, and in the concept they are like the early Holy Roman Empire, and Germany when Kaiser Wilhelm lead them, not when Hitler lead the Third Reich and killed many Jews.

Also, fun fact, did you know the Japanese massacred 200,000 Chinese citizens, and even Germany was appalled, and hardly ANY western civilization regards this as a tragedy? Why is that do you wonder. . .

Also, I suppose it's slightly based off WC3 lore, but as I only wrote and developed the Concept for the Federation, basing it actually of the D'haran Empire in Terry Goodkind's The Sword of Truth, and helped slightly write the concept behind the Exiled Orders, basing it off of random things.
