Does Event #2 perform less efficiently, with more delay, or are they the same?

I'm not asking about what they do, but how they perform. The keyboard events in the Editor have a built-in delay, and I'm asking if using it like the 2nd one will perhaps increase the delay, or something in that direction (since it has to find and get the unit off the map each time).
