Use the wheel! It relocates the Island and sends the guy who turned the wheel in Tanaris

Nah ever since were back together I've grown quite attached to Tiri,we havent been a part for more than 10 minutes,plus I like the kid,so I think I'll stay.

Turn the wheel or wait for a ship to crash and then ride away on it after it is repaired. The wheel is better, but you will have to leave Tiri and Kate behind. You should do it, because she will be safer there then in whole Azeroth
