the choose of the race in WE

Hello, I have a problem with the choosing of the race in the game; when I choose (for example) human,the game run with a random race ( me in front of the screen ) . Why? It is important for my campaign map. Tank in advance.

Top bar of the World Editor -> Scenario -> Force Properties -> Check "Use Custom Forces" and "Fixed Player Settings" -> Click OK

Also don't forget to set which race player uses in the Player Properties menu (Top Bar -> Scenario -> Player Properties)
