As for the map I can see a bunch of empty spots... are those meant to be empty?

First, it's not a S(tupid)P(ointless)A(nnoying)M(essages). It's rule-enforcing in nature.

According to the rules..

Presentation
Maps must have adequate spelling and grammar. Maps must contain a valid author and map name. Maps must contain a proper description of what the map is about.

So why not make it very attractive instead of the current description; doesn't tell me much nor its attractive to look at.

We will get map with ULTIMATE LAG and ERRORS (only good thing is that you didn't used special effect with for function or loop event)
Dude units should be placed on map with triggers!
You should write code for each area!

I can't give mark above 1/5 for this one!

1) I doubt that, kobas is more helpful than you think (see post above).
2) And why shouldn't it be? People have to learn to read the rules and create descriptions.

You do know that I am allowed to -rep everyone who breaks the rules, right?
So I am able to give... let's say -2 rep to anyone who doesn't write a description (although this description doesn't deserve -2 rep).

I don't do that, luckily for them.

Map is rejected on the following grounds:
- Bad triggers.
- Bad terrain.
