If he can't adhere the rules, then the administration shall punish him.
Talking nonsense is not awesome and wasting time, it's better to have please to talk properly and make sense, not some random nonsense craps.

Personal Opinion
I would rather go to Medivh Tower rather than going to nonsense threads to be honest. So I can spent my time on a useful place and get some really thrilling posts to read.
