I don't know, if this is the right thread.

I have problem with screenshot, if I upload it, it shows as a file, not a screenshot. The file is called .tga.

I don't know, how to solve this, can anyone help me?

Either use the .tga file:
1. Go to http://imgur.com/.
2. Click on "upload images". (It is a blue button with a upload-to-cloud icon on it, located at the top left of the screen.)
3. Click on "browse your computer" and select the .tga file.
4. Wait until the image is uploaded.
5. Right-Click on the image and select "Copy picture-url".
6. Use [ IMG ]<ctrl-v>[ /IMG ] to put the image in your post.

Or Convert te file:
1. Download Gimp.
2. Install Gimp.
3. Open Gimp.
4. Learn how to use Gimp.
5. Ask other people how they use Gimp.
6. ... well once yo know how to use it.
7. Open your .tga file.
8. Go to file->export.
9. Type in the name field "YourPictureName.png" and press on "ok" -> "export".
10. Enjoy your .png file of the .tga picture.

^ You are complicating things way too much.

Just open the tga format in ACDSee (implying that that's what you see to view images) and Save As PNG format so that you can attach it here properly :)
It will appear as an image afterwards without the need of actually downloading the file as the tga format requires (even if temporary).

Yea I use Gimp a lot and am used to it's optimal conversion options.
When I upload a picture however I use imgur.com as it is easy, fast and saves the pictures for a long, long time.
The very first pictures that I ever uploaded are still online :D

Other than GiMP and PS, Here's a couple of tools that you can also use to convert .tga to other files (Both can edit both images and wc3 models):
