tf2 ideas

i have some tf2 classes ideas and i just wanted to know if anybody thinks they are cool
the First one is called a electrician:
His primary is just like a medic but with electricty, left click hurts one opponent, right click hurts many but is weaker the more there is.
Secondary is a net shooter that shocks and keeps them from moving till someone frees them by melee attacking the net.
Melee is a Taser
The Second is called jetpack class
it's a small person that can use a jet pack to move around the map easy but for a limited time, he can also climb walls, and jump on a friend to help or on an enemy to kill
his primary is a crossbow that does major damage but takes a while to reload.
secondary is two pistols left click shoots one at a time, right click does them at the same time
there is no melee but a bomb on is back so he can jump on an enemy the explode him self and the enemy

i like the jetback idea, but im not so sure about the net thing...i reckon that could lead to some serious overpowerment.

i like your ideas but you're going to do some balancing between the classes..
