There isn't much one can already say, hm ?
I mean, there is only the part of a chest and the cloak, maybe add some more so we can suggest detailed feedback

Tell you what, lay out the basic colors for each part first then some basic shading and lighting to have some idea of what you're going to make, then some basic details and so on.
Yeah, much more before one can give feedback.
Oh and don't put white in highlights, it gives it a really weird look.
