Texture problem

Hi all, i created my first model, but it only shows a teamcolor box instead of the skin any help please?
skin custom path : Textures\WoWSkin.tga
check for errors? (see txt document(cant upload mdl))

The skin must be a *.blp file, you can convert it with Warcraft3Viewer.

The file WoWSkin.tga has an unsupported compression ?
Edit: I found the problem: need to save a selection to alpha channel. But when i do that, the image screws up and becomes blue

Convert the tga with wc3viewer, it should automaticly create one for you(alpha channel).

Wc3 skins can be supported in tga but they often screw up due to alpha, thus i suggest you convert it to .blp format.
