Well I gotta take my SAT's tomorrow :(
4 hours of nonstop fun!!!
Just wondering what stupid things other people have to go through test wise. This year I had like California Standardized Testing or whatever it is which was hell. Thankfully I took my Exit Exam last year or the year before it. Cant remember... brain... numb... ouch... headache... shoulda studdied probably...

Anyways post what kind of evil tests you have to go through. Length, degree of pain, etc.

Well on Monday,Tuesday and Wednesday i have exams.

The maths one will be easy since its open book, i will fail the psych i think, english one will be trying to climb a wall full of gremlins and my biology would be trying to take a 2hr swim in the deep end of the pool.
They are all around 100mins each.. and since im doing IT and a year 12 subject i only get 4 instead of 6.

Then a week after that i start my GAT test..and i think that..lasts for a long time..

Damnit you reminded me I have Final Exams coming up :/

Just got back from testing. As I thought it would be. Four hours of pure testing along with an essay (I hate essays with a vengeance). All of it was easy as hell. Basic crap but there was just sooooooo much of it. They coulda condensed the four hours (seemed more like five) into one hour of testing. The people who administered the tests were like freaking students! Stupid ones!!!

Ima go watch mind numbing cartoons or something right now...

I just came back from taking the SAT. Longest four hours of my life (three hours, 56 minutes technically?), but I am totally DONE with standardized testing now.

Anyways, this is the first time I've ever had fun with an essay prompt on a standardized test. Talk about them afterward we get our results about them so we don't get in trouble?

Yeah, it was mostly pretty easy. On the 20 minute math thing, I finished in 7 (sadly enough for America, that's not a load of bull. Hello world >=D). I even checked my answers, and discovered that the one I just randomly chose a good-looking answer for was wrong.

About final exams, mine were this week (the ones for classes that didn't have seniors in them) and I am totally done with school for 3 months. I love Colorado. Colorado, thank you for getting out of school early.

This may sound weird, but I personally love tests. They keep my grade up, ironically. I never take notes, never study for tests, never do my homework, etc. But I always ace tests. I kind of learn some things real quick, but lack the ambition to do homework, which has got me into a lot of trouble in the past, present, and probably the future. Hence, I love tests.
Big tests coming up? Well, I already finished my CST's, Algebra Finals, and Writing Finals. The only test I know is coming up is a Spanish final.

I am exactly that way. High five.

Actually, It's not that I don't have the "ambition" to do homework, I either completely forget it or just blow it off.

I either think "it's too late now", "fuck it, it won't lower my grade that much", or "i'll do it right before school starts", and it sort of snowballs into a dillemna.

lol it starts off as "It won't lower my grade that much" and snowballs into "Fuck it, it's too late now" always. For me, sometimes it goes from "I'll do it before school" to "I'll do it during passing period (or X class)" to "Fuck it, it's too late now".

Hm I ment university test I think. It's a test you can use when searching for university if you don't have very good grades. If the test is better then you can use it instead of thje grades to see if you get a place in the university.

I was talking about the gigantic pointless have-nothing-to-do-with-your-grade kind of tests. Not the relatively painless fourty five minute class tests. I myself am just a good test taker. I dont have to know much about the subject and I can still easily score good grades. Simply good deductive reasoning. Multiple choice ftw!

but those are the types of tests that determine your future, which strikes a lot harder than a 40 point test.

When my previous school did the SATs they didn't actually bother with attempting to do it well. They swapped around papers, wrote all sorts of junk on them, and generally didn't give a damn

Yet they still passed with excessiveness

I'm more worried about the fact that I never turned in a 300 point assignment and in order to get a late grade on it i have to turn it in by wednesday... tests are nothing. projects are hell.
