Lone Element: Choose one element from the selection to base your scene around.

Dualism: Combine two elements from the selection to base your scene around. They must be visually distinctive from each other.

Fire	Frost	Lightning	Nature	Water

The element choices will be few to encourage direct competition.

The elements may be colored as the entrant wishes.

I'm not sure if I am gonna participate or not, but i think Dualism has much more potential, i believe having only 1 element may be a little bit monotone (probably is possible to make it interesting, but then it requires the same head-breaking to do an acceptable terrain by 1 element than an excellent one on dualism)

I like dualism, having a single element/theme for a map leads to less terrain diversity and makes it harder to create an interesting composition, imho. I would certainly like to join, btw.

seems ligthining is strictly lightning afaik

because air is invisible most of the times unless in some sort of fog fumes and steam sources.

1- yes, but:
Offsite-imports may be used in the map, if and only if

• They are fully credited.
• They are public resources and a link is provided.
• They were made before the contest launch date.
• However certain resources might get approved by the contest's host or judge(s).

Simply put it means to delete or change parts of models.

you use an external program, like a model editor correct?
I think models must be used as they were uploaded and or use skins .
but edition may be considered as a form of new models use. afaik
