Terrain Module missing and wont show up if I click it or hit F3

I recently tested a map and when I left the game and reopened the editor, the terrain module was gone. I can click it under modules and hit F3 all I want, nothing happens. I tried closing the editor and running it again and I tried testing the map again to see if it would revert. I'm out of ideas. Maybe restarting my computer could do it?

Make sure it isn't hiding just off screen. I thought I had the same problem until I saw just a sliver of it on the right side of my screen.

Additionally try selecting New Palette in the Window drop down menu on the toolbar
