Teleport Spell [GUI]

Okay, i need Teleport spell.

Actions

Targetable to 1 target, teleports the target to random location in map .
Also few effects could be nice. And mb some kind of 3 sec channel, before it sends target to random location.

The range of wich to teleport, well i made the spell. You can change to range so that it covers the whole map or whatever you need.

If you intend to make it multi-levelable, I'd suggest to decrease the channeling time for each level by a few seconds
