Teach me the step please

Im doing a spell which do this

1st - target a point
2nd - caster transform (bear form)
3rd - effect (i can do this myself)
4th - caster transform to original form (off bear form)

Please show me the steps and the requirements. I know it involves using spell book. but I havent use spell book before. so im quite blur... Thank you in advance!!!

1. Create a trigger and register EVENT_PLAYER_UNIT_SPELL_EFFECT for it.
2. Create a condition and register it for the trigger. Check that it is the correct ability.

You have initially disabled the transform ability for the player. Enable it, order immediate transform, disable ability.
4. Do what you want.
5. Same as #3.
