TBS/Wargame project in dark fantasy setting

Hi guys, i have the idea of ​​the project in TBS-style with real-time battles like wargames, in the grimdark, gothic setting of Disciples, Warhammer. I write here to find out whether someone is interested and will help me somebody, in this case with Jass? =)
 
What the hell is TBS? please explain everything that everyone understands its... i dont even get what kind of map you want to do...

I could help if its interesting, but not with triggers. Im terrainer mostly
