A model I made a while ago and now finished up into a releasable state.
Started off when I heard about the unused Tauren "War Priest" in the files, which led me to make this model, trying to give a spin on the concept.
Can be utilized as any kind of caster, whether you call it a shaman, seer or whatever.
I didn't want this model go to waste, but I won't update this further as I simply don't can't afford to spend more time on this.
