Blizzard Entertainment Icons without edits are approved by default. But when you make any edits to it, icon will be affected by a few rules like at least 50% freehand work, CnP and etc and go to Substandard.

Can you just remove this out of substandard? it is useful and it's blizz even if it is edited, substandard material Is not even visible in the hive... like COME ON.
