first thing I saw when looking at ur tooltip for 3 sec:

lvl 1:[space]
lvl 2:[nospace]
lvl 3:[space]

and the color is rather boring but fits to the spell
but with colorpicker it's fucking easy to make tooltips anyway

guess u are making the text urself?
could be VERY useful and I love ppl doing stuff for others w/o selfish reasons

Description:
The hawks aspect fills the target with greater vitality, healing it for 10 seconds about 10 + (AL * 5) hitpoints each second.

Has a chance to heal doubled amount of lives.
