You need to import DISBTN icons as well so disabled form can be replaced, this way we can see green icons when we press pause, enter menu, click on shop without selected unit etc etc.

2 Heroes in base level up, make them max level from start
Towers have 500000+ hp, make base vulnerable, if you destroy enemy base you can make that players defeated, gave them some invisible hero that can't attack but can cast some spells instead (for example spirit can reduce nearby units armor, increase damage, create fog etc etc). This way they can still effect gameplay, they won't leave game and it can be fun
