Super Nova (sephiroth style)

Alright so I recently got a sephiroth and Safer Sephiroth skin(think I got them from here tbh) and I was wondering if it'd be possible for anyone to make an ability similar or identical to his "super nova" ability from FFVII (either just like a big sun coming down from the top of the screen or even better,a cinematic showing the attack then dealing damage) or just some help towards making it myself,thanks in advance
