I tried to get some inspiration, but it kind of failed. A really quick terrain. Not sure which I prefer though.

I really like the second picture, but the sky is a little too red maybe or it just might be me thinking like that :p
I would have to import a sky to change that. I would have preferred a different sky too. Maybe more orange.

Mmmh, you should add some type of shore maybe. Just a tiny bit. Also, the sun looks as if its in the water, just move it as far as you can with the numpad. I get that problem often.
You're right. I may try and jiggle with it a bit. It's supposed to be setting, and since the earth is curved, it looks like it's going into the water.

Damn, didn't save my camera angle.

Edit: Alright. Took out the first, added another.
