This is more of an AI than a trigger/system.
You have to give it basic AI capibilites to think where to go.

Every 1-2 seconds you have to check how far away the summon is.
If the summon is far away order it to attack move to MOVEPOINT
If the summon is too far away order it to move to MOVEPOINT
If the summon is close order it to do nothing or attack move to MOVEPOINT + random factors

MOVEPOINT = basic orintation when compaired to hero.

So lets say we have a necromancer.
His skeltons you will want infront of him so the move point will be infront of him so that they tank.
His skelton mages you want to the left or right of him since they are support.

MOVEPOINT basicly is a location that is orintated from the facing of the summoner which allows more usefull and smart working AI for summons.

Inorder to get them to move when you are standing still you can order them to move to movepoint +/- 100 to 200 on both x and y.

Handle vars are recomended in making this AI.
