Summon Spell Question

Is it possible to, use a summon spell, and when you recast it the creature you cast last time dissapers, making it impossible to have more than 1 of the same summon at once? eg like the golem off of Diablo 2?

Yes, Use the Spirit wolves spell.

Also the summon bear spell by the beastmaster on the orc campaign, have similar ability. I don't remember it's name, but it does the same as spirit wolves.
