[Solved] Sub-windows too narrow and cuts off fields making use impossible.

I've tried changing the resolution and scaling of the monitor its on and this issue persists. I actually cannot use the functions of this window while its like this... Some of them I am still able to make use of, but this and a few others are actually impossible to use. I also hunted for solutions and couldn't find anyone with the same problem. I also cannot resize this window on demand either for those curious.

Anyone have a known solution to this or why its caused? Any help is appreciated.

Yup that's one of the new ̶b̶u̶g̶s̶ features since a few patches ago But you should be able to use the scroll bar on the right though

The issue is that it stops me from being able to use the drop down thats "right" of the border. Unless Im missing something?

Edit: Im a dumbass. nothing is hidden. I thought there was another drop down to the right. its the next menu that has the extra drop downs.
