Jass NewGen and Windows 7

Hi all,
I have been trying to get Jass NewGen on my laptop, with windows 7, unsuccessfully for a while now. I managed to get it installed except for the last step where it says "Select directory Warcraft 3 is installed to" after going through program files x86 and then the Warcraft 3 folder I cant locate Warcraft 3, the icon, it only has folders in there. After clicking on mostly every folder I have it always says "warcraft 3 could not be located" and then gives me a impossible pathway to it with folders I don't have. Has anyone ever had this problem before? do I need a different version of WC3? please help

JNGP cannot easily be used with 1.27+ patches. There's a workaround that someone made and you can probably find it by searching.

Try using WEX instead. It also supports vJASS and modern WC3.
