Structure (In)complete *solved*

Greetings.

Something's bothering me: how do I check whether a structure is completed or not? I can't find this anywhere within the conditions. It would seem only reasonable that a simple boolean check could discover this, but I'm losing my mind with this. Someone please relieve me of my misery!

1 - You can detect it with a generic unit event - unit finishes a construction.
2 - You can detect it with an integer condition - unit life is equal to 100%

But what if the unit gets damaged while building? Doesn't it still get finished but with less health? I think that the only way would be with the Finishes Construction Event.

It's pretty stupid that there isn't just a boolean check for that, but thanks.
