Stretching images

Is there a tutorial anywhere about how to stretch an image over a rect? I keep trying to do this but desperately failing. I was trying to look at CustomWindow but i cant understand it.

Use GetRectMinX, GetRectMaxX, GetRectMinY,GetRectMaxY. When you create an image, then values you give to the posX and PosY in CreateImage are the coordinates of the bottom left corner of the image.
