[Crash] strange game crash

Whenever I run trigger with Hero - Give item to hero or create item ang give it to hero my W3 crashes without any error or anything. What's wrong?
I have 1.26a version and I also want to ask if this triggers works for you

I'll post teiggers tomorrow as I'm on mobile now going to sleep but it's enough to have aingle function creare item for hero and when I run it it chrashes, If you want example check my post in triggerz help threat made by uhmm...cant remember the name but he wanted trigger to increas hero stats when the hero has certain items and stack healing potions
Just little edit:
the whole map triggers works if I remove the create or destroy items for hero or create item and give it to hero
