Moderator's Review:

the sfx model could use a stronger arcane-like flash sound, and the stun effect model could look better if it had the same rings like in birth

Hm, the Gif worked for me before. I replaced it with a link; that should solve it for everyone; maybe?

Maybe it's just me, but it won't load for me. ^_^

As for the testing in-game, it looks nice, perfect for some sort of magical blast as well as stomp.
The buff seems small in comparison, but as it changes with the size of the unit it should be fine.

I like it, and will be using it. 4/5

The main model is supposed to be similar to thunder clap and the buff should be attached on hands and/or feet to represent the slow.

Well I knew the main model is supposed to be a warstomp / thunderclap.

Although, I used the buff as an overhead, not on the hands/feet of the unit.
That would explain why it's small.
