Find in the Object Editor, Combat - Attack 1 - Damage Number of Dice and Damage Sides per Die and most of all Damage base. But if you are asking for the unit's damage in the game itself. I guess you will have to remember its damage in game itself then set the bases, sides and number of dices.

You will have to learn how ths damage systems in OE works because at first it really looks confusing even to me.

To get it, you have to do several calculations. I dunno how to explain it well so I'll just give an example and the formulas but they're pretty easy to understand.

A hero/unit with 18 - 24 damage. ( A = 18, B = 24 [These are for easy reference])

For Units, formula should be like this:
A = Damage Base + Number Of Dice (16 + 2 = 18)
B = Damage Base + Number of Dice x Sides Per Die (16 + 2 x 4 = 24)

For Heroes:
A = (Damage Base + Primary Stat) + Number of Dice
B = (Damage Base + Primary Stat) + Number of Dice x Sides Per Die

EDIT: or you can just use a calculator http://wc3onlinetools.wc.funpic.de/damage_calculator/

I understand that thing...
But I don't understand how does hero has 78 damage with 20 agility at start.
Added damage is zero.
I guess that's just Blizzard's wisdom...

I know how dices and sides works...

Its because the hero's original damage when they are created and set and that is hard coded, so you cannot decrease its damage as far as I know, maybe if its possible setting negative values on Damage base you can subtract it.

The minimum damage is "Base Damage + Primary Attribute + Number of Dice"
The max damage is "Base Damage + Primary Attribute + (Number of Dice x Sides per Dice)"

That's it.
Also, if you hold shift and click the "Base Damage" field, you can set it to a negative value. (However, a unit can never have negative damage in-game. It sets it to 0 if it's less than 0)
