Starting a quest Problem!!!

I tried to make a marketplace almost but you buy quests and its not working i still cant see the quest when i enter the game and click on the building...and what I have done is I made a custom Item That doesnt show up when you click on him and when you click on it is supposed to start the quest but he doesnt even show it Can someone please help me Ive been trying forever will give rep

How do i post triggers?

Unit - A unit comes within 256.00 of |cffffcc00Basic Questgiver Skypper|r 0023 <gen>
and I got it to show but I want it to trigger when I select the Item quest but when I get in range it gives me the quest but if I take away this trigger it doesnt work because I need a event help please!
