In the staring to set up players, how do you make them to have Coms pernamently?

In the staring to set up players, how do you make them to have Coms pernamently?

Do you know how to look around in the editor?

File, Edit, Something, Something, Something. It's up there. Something about Players. Why don't you look around for it?

Scenario -> Player Properties
is where you can choose the number of players, controler e.t.c
Scenario -> Force Properties
is where you select the teams. Check to box "Fixed Player Settings" to make all computers be controlled by computers.
